Can I try the program before purchasing?

You are encouraged to download the program and evaluate it. If you have any questions, feel free to ask us.

What are the limitations of trial version?

The trial version of 3D Visioner will expire after 14 days since the moment it was first installed.
If any feature doesn’t work as you expect it do, it could be that you are not using it correctly or there is
some other problem, but it is certainly not because of the trial mode.

What is your refund policy?

You have trial period time to evaluate the software and you buy it if you are happy with it.
Trial period If you do request a refund, you will be asked to destroy all your copies of the product in
question and send us a signed legal document confirming that you have done so. Then your activation key(s)
will be invalidated in all future versions of the product.

Do I have to pay for technical support?

No. Whether you have a paid license or just evaluating our products, if you have questions about the software,
they will be answered for free.

Can I call you to ask a question?

Sorry, we provide technical support via email only.

How do I report a bug?

To report a bug simply use a Support-ticket form on products pages accordingly.
